Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may send us a request to return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information, including exceptions, on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS

4. Drop off at your local carrier or arrange for pick up at your location.
5. We will notify you via email when your return or exchange has been processed.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

- Custom Orders
- Grab bags
- Items marked “final sale”
Please Note
- If you are outside the continental United States, please contact us at info@artisanspaceonline.com and we will arrange for your return or exchange.
- A 5% restocking fee will be charged in the event of a product that is returned in damaged packaging or if the product is not in the original condition it was sent.
- Please return products in the condition they were sent; unwashed, unworn and free of cigarette smoke, cigars, perfumes, colognes, pet hair and debris.
- All wearable items must be returned unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.
